While I was in The Netherlands recently, running visual strategy facilitation training workshops with Jeroen Blijsie, he was nice enough to have me back on his podcast (The Facilitator Podcast) for another chat.
In this episode, I outline a fantastic strategy formulation framework called CASE. CASE stands for context, aspiration, solution, and execution (and you can read more about it here) . Here’s what we cover:
- What each of the four steps is, and what they do for your strategy
- Why visualisation works so well using this framework
- A big slip-up I made... and what I learned!
Note: I think you have to be already logged in to Spotify for this to work on this page. If it doesn't work, just head straight on over to the Spotify page here.
If you enjoy this episode, you might like to listen to other episodes on The Facilitator Podcast (warning: most of them are in Dutch!). Or if you’re interested in finding out more about how to use the CASE framework to improve how you formulate and communicate strategy as a team, get in touch.
