What skills do you need to boost your performance?

The most in-demand skills in today's work
According to research from the World Economic Forum and McKinsey, the most in-demand skills today are mostly about proactive learning and performing better in teams in complex and uncertain environments. McKinsey's research is more exhaustive; it has 56 skills (or deltas), classified into four broad categories (cognitive, digital, interpersonal, and self-leadership). The WEF highlight a top 10 set of skills, using similar categories (problem-solving, technology use and development, working with people, and self-management).
There are a bunch of skills that stand out in both:
