2024 - what a year! It's been great reflecting on all the work I've done with over 25 different clients this year (d'uh why didn't I put THAT number on the infographic...).
Looking at the numbers is always useful for reflecting in a more objective way. Based on this, I'm chipping away at my goals for:
- Boosting clients' strategy, design and collaboration skills and outcomes, with 23 workshops and 11 training sessions
- Visualising value, with 58+ illustrations, 17 graphic recording events, 9 animated sketch videos and 3 strategy posters
- Expanding my network, with running workshops in 2 other countries
It's also been a hoot and a privilege to work with so many partners to achieve greater impact in our work together: Elisa Hukins, Steven Kryger, Axelle Vanquaillie, Jacqui Jordan, Dr Kate Byrne, Andrew Bird, Dreu Harrison, James de Vries, Julian Jenkins, Emma Osis, Matthew Magain and crew at Sketch Group, Tatum Kenna, and Maureen Thurston.
It's central to my philosophy of work at Bright Pilots that we maintain a positive outlook for the future (that's the Bright bit), that we solve problems better together, and that no one organisation (or individual) has the monopoly on the skills needed (that's the Pilots bit).
